To protect me and my clients, I will have in place the following procedures to keep everyone safe.

Please only bring your dog to an appointment and if you or anyone in your household is unwell please follow GOVT COVID instructions.

• Arrival:
• Please arrive on time and ring the bell
• I will come out in PPE and collect your dog 
• Attach your dog lead to the hook on the wall and stand back
• Keeping a safe distance we will discuss the groom and pick up time

• During the Groom/ the salon:
• Will be disinfected after each groom, using animal-friendly disinfectants
• Bell on the gate will be wiped down after each customer
• It will only be myself in the salon alongside your dog - there will be no other people

• Pickup:
• At your agreed collection time, please ring the bell and wait at the gate
• I will bring your dog out to you and attach to the hook
• Payment type and the amount will be  agreed upon arrival
